Conductivity silicone rubber

High conductivity silicone rubber is composed of high performance silicone rubber and fillers such as copper silver plating, aluminum silver plating, glass silver plating and graphite nickel plating particles. Now it has developed into a standard product used in EMI field. It is mainly used in occasions where sealing and frequency range are very wide (10g) and shielding performance is excellent. At the same time, it has good environmental seal, excellent physical and mechanical properties, and good shielding effectiveness to meet the requirements of electronic equipment in complex electromagnetic environment.

Application: ultra high conductivity silicone rubber products have been proved to be widely used in aviation, aerospace, naval and other military electronic equipment. It can replace the traditional sealing rubber to complete environmental sealing and electromagnetic sealing at the same time. Especially suitable for
1. Small and medium sized military electronic case and microwave waveguide system,
2. Military shelter and military electronic equipment for aerospace, aviation and warship;
3. Electronic products (such as computer case, mobile phone), telecommunication, high frequency control equipment, etc;

Fluororubber is a kind of synthetic rubber containing fluorine atoms, mainly used in aviation, chemical, petroleum, automobile and other industrial sectors as sealing materials, dielectric resistant materials and insulation materials, with features as following
1. Good stability: fluororubber has a high degree of chemical stability and is the best medium resistance of all elastomers.
2. High temperature resistance: fluororubber has the same high temperature resistance as silicone rubber, which can be said to be the best elastomer at present. Fluorine rubber can be used for a long time at 250 ℃ and short-term at 300 ℃
3. Aging resistance: fluororubber has excellent weather aging resistance and ozone resistance.
4. Vacuum performance: fluororubber has excellent vacuum performance.
5. Mechanical properties: fluororubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties. Generally, the strength is 10 ~ 20MPa, the elongation at break is 150 ~ 350%, and the tear strength is 3 ~ 4kn / m.
6. Electrical properties: fluororubber has lower moisture absorption than other elastomers, can be used as a good electrical insulation material.

Polyurethane rubber

Polyurethane rubber is made of polyester (or polyether) and diisocyanate. Good wear resistance, followed by good elasticity, high hardness, oil resistance, solvent resistance. The disadvantage is poor heat aging performance. Polyurethane rubber is widely used in automobile, shoemaking and machinery industry.

Nitrile rubber

Nitrile rubberis obtained by emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. NBR is mainly produced by low temperature emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. Its disadvantages are poor low temperature resistance, poor ozone resistance, poor electrical performance, slightly lower elasticity. NBR is mainly used to manufacture oil resistant rubber products.
